Caregiver feels that the
relationship is not working
out, we will replace them at no cost.
SHOULD TERMINATION OF
EMPLOYMENT OCCUR BY REASON
OF MISDESCRIPTION OR
MISREPRESENTATION CONCERNING
THE DUTIES, WAGES OR
TREATMENT OF THE APPLICANT
OR IF YOU REFUSE TO SIGN A
WORK AGREEMENT OUTLINING THE
APPLICANT'S WORK HOURS, PAY
AND DUTIES, THIS 'REPLACE AT
NO COST OR REFUND' CLAUSE IS
VOID AND WILL BE
CONSIDERED A BREACH OF
CONTRACT BY THE EMPLOYER.

on the Fil-Nannies
database is not
confidential and may
be viewed by anyone
with access to the
site. We cannot
police or enforce
our rules against
third party users;
it is the user's
responsibility to
communicate with the
other party, if the
user does not wish
